  • 1- Is Shopping For Tickets On FBT Secure?

    FindBusTickets uses a secure server to protect its customers’ names, passwords, credit card information and all other private and important information.

    When you enter your credit card number into our site’s order form, it’s delivered to us via an encrypted form creating a safe method of delivery for our customers.
  • 2- How Far In Advance Do I Need To Purchase My Tickets?

    Typically you’ll need to order your tickets at least one full business day in advance. When ordering your tickets, you’ll notice that some of the days may be grayed-out due to a lack of tickets available that day or some other reason. As long as the tab for the day you’re looking for is active, you can still purchase tickets for that day.
  • 3- Do I Need A Visa For Tickets Taking Me To Canada?

    Some nationalities may need multiple entry Visas in order to visit the United States and/or Canada. Please check the requirements at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp
  • 4- Do I Need To Pick Up A Physical Ticket?

    Nope, you don’t need a physical ticket for travel. Please print out the e-ticket that is e-mailed to you after you make your purchase and bring it with you when you take your trip. Please also bring along a valid picture ID.
  • 5- How Can I Retrieve My E-Ticket?

    Please visit "My Account" and check under "My Orders" to retrieve a previously-purchased e-ticket.
  • 6- Can I Book My Ticket Over The Phone?

    Sure. Give us a call during our normal business hours at (866) 933-7368 (U.S.) or at (626) 389-8668 (International).
  • 7- How Do I Know My Order Is Complete?

    You order is complete after you click the "Finish" button. A message will appear alerting you that your order has been completed and an e-ticket will be sent to you promptly. You can also check the status of your order at the My Account page.
  • 8- What Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?

    We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.
